We have a robust approach in our studio, but we accommodate and adjust to your project needs. 1 - Opening Discussion - Our initial meeting, whether on the phone or in person, is about establishing relationships, project expectations, contractors, timeline, and budget. (Consult Fee may be requested without Proposal)2 - Design Proposal - Includes our scope of work, fee estimate required to design your space, and a request for a retainer. 3 - On-Site Visit & Survey - Our designers will come over to collect all the details for the project to build a digital model of your space.4 - Schematic Design & Meetings - Designs take a few weeks per project. With concepts established through client meetings and our professional background, our team proposes to you our initial or revised design and discussion. 5 - Budgeting & Decisions - Once you are happy with the concepts, we will gather material estimates and start courting contractor bids for your approval. Our expertise helps all teams to stay on track through this process.6 - Construction & Acquisition - Our team orders materials to help prepare the contractor and your space. We understand this process and will patiently work with you, your design, and the contractor until the end. 7 - Project Completion & Staging - Our team then stages the final project, making it picture-perfect so that you can live in the space, and we can photograph the project.
